Biomaxima SA was listed in the prestigious FT 1000: Europe's Fastest Growing Companies ranking, listing 1000
companies from all over Europe that achieved the highest compound annual growth rate in revenue between 2018
and 2021. BioMaxima SA was included in the ranking in the "Health Care & Life Sciences" category for the first time.

The new BioMaxima production plant will accommodate the production of antibiotic susceptibility testing systems
(AST), extra production capacity for rapid immunochromatographic tests, supplements for microbiology media, and
reagents for molecular diagnostics. An important element of capacity expansion encompassed by the new
investment will be a significant expansion of the segment of microbiology media and disc diffusion systems for drug
susceptibility testing on the premises of the existing plant.
